How It Works
Turn any occasion into a money maker! Have the ultimate fundraising event at Peter Piper Pizza. We’ll donate 15% of sales from event attendees (food, non-alcoholic beverages, and game play purchased at the register) right back to your organization.
Dates: Mon-Thurs.
Time: 3-4 Hours
Three weeks advance notice from date of booking is required.
Schedule
Inform us of your preferred fundraiser date and time.
You will then receive the following from Peter Piper Pizza:
- E-mail with customized, branded fundraising flyer.
- Fundraiser kit containing:
- Half-page flyer for each student**, “Fundraiser Tonight” stickers, and “Fundraiser Tonight” banner to display on the day of your fundraiser
** Reserved for elementary schools. All other organizations will receive 150 half-page flyers.
Promote
Utilize newsletters, websites, bulletin, e-mail blasts, PA systems and any communication tool at your disposal to spread the word about your event.
Collect Your Dough
Your group can earn 15% of all pre-tax sales from food, non-alcoholic beverages and tokens purchased at the register during your fundraiser. Remember, present your fundraiser flyer or mention your school or organization at the cash register to get credit for your purchases.
